Michael leads Brand Strategy & Service Design at SapientRazorfish — directing ideation and insight creation in the Singapore studio. From New York to Manilla, Bangkok to Sydney, Michael has helped brands like GE, Toyota, AT&T, Unilever, Heineken and GSK use insights strategically — helping them stand out and tell their stories to the world. An experienced brand consultant, Michael holds a Master of Fine Arts in Writing, and was previously Associate Creative Director at POSSIBLE, and Associate Director at Interbrand.
